Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the CodeSlides Add-on available on the Google Workspace™ Marketplace. By installing and using the Add-on, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Add-on.
1.1. License Grant: CodeSlides grants you a limited, exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Add-on solely for your personal or internal business purposes.
1.2. Restrictions: You shall not (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Add-on; (b) distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Add-on to any third party; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Add-on; (d) remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Add-on; (e) use the Add-on in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations or infringes upon any third-party rights; (f) use the Add-on to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code; (g) interfere with or disrupt the functionality or security of the Add-on; (h) use the Add-on for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
2.1. If you provide CodeSlides with any suggestions, feedback, or ideas regarding the Add-on ("Feedback"), CodeSlides shall have the unrestricted right to use and incorporate such Feedback into the Add-on without any obligation or compensation to you.
3.1. The Add-on is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. CodeSlides does not warrant that the Add-on will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the Add-on at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CodeSlides and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Add-on, even if CodeSlides has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall CodeSlides' total liability exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the Add-on.
CodeSlides reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Add-on or these Terms at any time without prior notice. CodeSlides may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to the Add-on without liability or obligation.
I may update our Terms of Service from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
